Columbia used a combination of its synthetic Omni-Heat insulation and 860-fill hydrophobic goose down to make its Mens Platinum 860 Turbodown Hooded Jacket. The result is a puffy coat that wont let you down when things really start to get cold. Lying just below the down the Omni-Heat insulation is designed to provide better breathability and pull moisture away from your body more efficiently than natural down fibers so you get the best of both worlds. The Omni-Heat reflective lining reflects your body heat back to you thanks to small shiny circles peppered through out the face of the fabric.
