Designed to provide in place resistance swim training using conventional lane lines the StrechCordz Stationary Swim Trainer allows swimmers to develop their endurance capacity stroke efficiency and correct technique such as proper hip rotation. Several Stationary Swim Trainers can be used in a single lane at the same time allowing Coaches to observe and assist with positioning and stroke training while swimmers remain stationary.
